Dedienne Aerospace A320 Door Nitrogen Servicing Challenge

Description:

Timed simulated nitrogen servicing task on a real A320 passenger door emergency operation cylinder/accumulator using the Dedienne Nitrogen Backpack Service System. Competitors prepare the equipment, verify the servicing point, connect correctly, charge to the required pressure, verify pressure stability, secure the servicing point, perform close-out, and complete recordkeeping. Designed for AMC use: safe, short, repeatable, objectively scored, and executable on two identical stations in an exhibition environment.

Scoring based on completion time with penalties for safety, procedure, pressure control, equipment handling, FOD, and recordkeeping errors.
