Administered by the National Aeronautic Association (NAA), this distinguished honor stands as a preeminent U.S. recognition focused solely on excellence in technical expertise, leadership, and long-term advocacy in the field.
NAA is working to raise $200,000 to establish a permanent endowment for the award, covering program administration, selection, and ongoing promotion of the maintenance workforce. Funding beyond that goal will be directed toward a scholarship supporting maintenance training.
