Rodney Wyse is a Senior Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer based in Australia, with more than 33 years of experience in the aviation maintenance industry. He also serves as the Federal President of the Australian Licensed Aircraft Engineers Association (ALAEA) – “Guardians of Air Safety.” In this capacity, Rodney is a steadfast advocate for the interests of aviation professionals and is deeply committed to upholding and advancing the highest standards of air safety.
Rodney maintains a firm belief in the intrinsic link between a safe, compliant working environment and the overall safety of aircraft operations. As the Sydney Line Maintenance Workplace Health and Safety Chairperson, he provides strong leadership in promoting safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within the aviation maintenance sector.
Residing in Sydney Australia with his wife and two daughters, Rodney enjoys an active lifestyle and spends his leisure time surfing and paddling outrigger canoes.
