Description:

Teams will locate a variety of items located inside and outside of the burner can.  Burner can will be enclosed inside of a 3D printed case.

Tools, Equipment, and Materials Provided:

SRV-J-4-1500 Series Videoscope – 4mm Diameter x 1.5m length, joystick control.  Holding arm for videoscope to be mounted to table. Rigid sleeve with locking handle for inspection of hard-to-reach areas 

Snap-on provided tooling (qty one in each of two pallets unless otherwise indicated): None

Procedures:

Inspectors will be given 8 minutes to locate as many items as possible inside of a burner can.  One participant will operate the borescope; the second participant will review items find and check them off a list provided.  The judge will monitor to ensure accuracy of items found.  Participant needs verbal acknowledgement from judge to confirm item is found before checked off the list.
