Description:

Competitor will test each participant's skill and speed while accomplishing the removal and installation of an Airbus A300 extract fan.

• Safety wire pliers (WTG8A)
• Cannon plug pliers (ATI508KG)
• Flat head screwdriver (SGD2BO)
• 0.020 safety wire (WT105-2016)
• 0.032 safety wire (WT105-3216)
• Diagonal cutters (808CF)
• 7/16 socket (96ACF)
• 1/4 Ratchet (SSDMR4BR)
• 6-inch extension
• O/Ring Extrator (TMS4E)

Procedures:

Competitor will gain access to the A300 extract fan and follow the removal/replacement task card as written. Competitor will make all safety call-outs, torque settings, and condition findings. Once the task card is completed, competitor must tell the judge “Stop Time.”
