Deric Hart is a highly skilled aviation maintenance professional with over 17 years of experience in both military and civilian aviation sectors. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Deric has cultivated expertise in aircraft maintenance, engineering, and operations management. His career is marked by a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and critical thinking, complemented by his FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from Liberty University.
Currently serving as an Assistant Program Coordinator and Lead Instructor at the Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Duluth, Georgia, Deric has successfully trained over 2,200 students, implemented advanced training methodologies, and earned recognition as Instructor of the Year across all AIM campuses.
