Competitors will repair a rigid tube assembly using the Rynglok Axial Swage Tube Fitting System.

Penalties will be assessed for:

  • Step 1 – Not selecting the correct RTSGO-01-08 Tool from the tool kit.
  • Step 1 – Not marking tube correctly using RTSGO-01-08 Tool and marking pen.
  • Step 2 – Not inserting the fitting to the correct depth on the tube per the position mark.
  • Step 3 – Not selecting the correct size tool from the tool kit.
  • Step 5 – Not swaging the fitting correctly and not passing the visual inspection using gauge RTSGO-51-08.
